Where the moon steered me to

morning mist stole Diva's silver fluted notes
to lay upon spider's web
to Diva's tune did spider's web sway and stretch in shape and size
until there a bridge suspended central
between trees and final note
a smirking face appeared

Amanda, there's been a couple of stunning sized webs appearing in the garden. One caught me the other morning when I walked through it, not so stunning when its wrapped around my head though ;)

Linda Sue - cold misty mornings spark up our imaginations - even better than cloud watching I think*!*

Sorrow - smiles :)

Haunting web photos. I love the bird, is that a magpie??

The beauty of a spider web is so fleeting. Lovely to be able to capture it in a photo.

Bimbimbie said...

Yes Barbara, it's a Magpie*!*

Elsie - So many more of them to be seen in these dew filled mornings from cup cake to platter plate size*!*

Oh, more gorgeous photos! It looks as though you are in the very thick of the season of cobwebs and misty mornings over there.

I never get up early enough to capture an entire web. And if I do, it's dark. Sweet shots. Had three black cockatoos bombing me with pine cones today!

Bimbimbie said...

Yes Jodi, at last I've been awaiting these fleeting misty mornings*!*

Baino - Lucky you, Black Cockatoos are quite rare up here - lets hope seeing three brings you good luck*!*

Magnificent... and I too don't wake early enough to appreciate the mornings.
Lucky for me you do xx

I've got some horrendous cobwebs on my ceiling. I was staring at them the other night, wondering if they were for real... and they were.

And I've also got a mouse named Tonkie Ears set up camp under my bed. He keeps nibbling things. Loudly. In the dead of night...

Hey what's happened has the place of the birdie-wirdies run out of feathered friends?

C'mon you must have loads of photos to post!!

I miss you.

Hey I met a cockatoo on Friday. She inclined her head and said "oh helLO!" ~ very flirtatious as white birds go ;-)
